Challenge
A lead-generation business spending on Google Ads and sending every click to the same generic pages. Cost per lead kept rising, form abandonment was high, and there was no reliable way to tell which campaigns produced leads that actually closed.
Solution
We built a dedicated landing-page system on WordPress — one page per campaign, matched to the ad's promise, with forms redesigned to reduce abandonment. Conversion tracking was rebuilt end-to-end so lead quality, not click volume, drove campaign decisions.
Impact
Qualified leads rose 68%, cost per lead dropped 27%, and form starts increased 32% — the same budget producing meaningfully more pipeline.
Results
+68% Qualified Leads
-27% Cost Per Lead
+32% Form Starts
Overview
ShayShay Media's growth problem wasn't traffic — it was what happened after the click. Ads pointed at pages that weren't built for them, and reporting stopped at the form submit, hiding which leads were actually worth anything.
We replaced the one-page-fits-all approach with campaign-matched landing pages and instrumented the whole funnel, from first click to qualified lead. That gave the ad account real conversion data to optimize toward.
With pages and campaigns finally pulling in the same direction, qualified leads climbed 68% while cost per lead fell by more than a quarter.
