Challenge
A luxury fashion brand with strong creative and steady traffic, but a storefront built for looks rather than buying. Product pages buried the purchase decision, checkout added friction at the worst moment, and ad spend was being judged on clicks instead of revenue.
Solution
We rebuilt the Shopify storefront around the purchase journey — product pages restructured to answer buying questions early, a checkout stripped of friction, and Meta campaigns re-planned around full-funnel tracking so every dollar could be traced to orders, not just sessions.

Overview
The Dockers website was not originally developed by Evolve. From this point forward
our work will focus on continuous analysis and optimization of the user experience.
Through CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) activities we will analyze user behavior
using tools such as heatmaps, navigation tracking and flow analysis to understand how
users interact with the site.
